Yup. The EVO sensor is much longer (and different in other ways). I called HD direct to see if I could use the new style one and they said it wouldn't work.

I think the EVO sensor is made by one of the Italian motorcycle manufacturers. I've searched all over for a cheaper one but they just aren't out there as far as I can tell. Somebody must have a line on them for $50 somewhere with a different p/n.
