Dealerships don't give anything away free, especially a 110 Kit. They're not in business to loose money. They'll get guys on the labor, big time. Just my 2 cents.

If I was in the market for a bike (and if I lived in the US), I would just take that kit home, probably let it sit in the garage until I got bored with the 103 and then just install it myself. Not that difficult...
