Previous criminal activity? When are we going to get intellectually serious and acknowledge the death penalty applied judiciously not only frees society from the costs associated with lifetime incarceration but is 100% effective at stopping recidivism. Civilized people don't allow snakes to bite a second victim.
Let's all hope that any time those scum spend in prison it is in a cell with a few bikers who love their bikes as much as Larry obviously did and they make them pay!
One can hope, but I'm sure they'll have a lawyer who will argue that they never intended to kill Larry, just steal his bike.
Then again, what do I know? I'm just an old man who thinks bike thieves ought to be treated like horse thieves.
Big *****...
Damn! Tough SOB who wasn't gonna give in or give up without a fight-
Link to that story?
Several links to the story several pages into this thread, it was the story told by the perps after they were caught. The links are in the page(s) that follow the post that announces he was found dead. The story will get you angry, as the perp tells how he killed Larry...it was a violent, dragged out death.
Hadn't seen this thread until today, due to Sarah's other post. I am very saddened to read this thread, and angered...I hate hearing about violent crimes such as this from repeat offenders.
One thing I don't get and maybe there is a good explanation is why if the guy says Larry was on the trailer as they pulled out onto the highway why is he not visible in the video? I would think they studied and enhanced that video as much as possible but the only thing they mention seeing is the bike.....just wondering about that...
Pretty sure that I read that he was in the pick-up bed in one story.
Sure do hope for Justice in this case.
I read that too, guess it sounded like to me he was still in the trailer when they hit the highway...maybe so. This whole thing really sucks. RIP Larry...

Hopefully they rot in prison forever ... Kidnapping should be added to the charges I would imagine.

Kidnapping was one of the charges added but it will be thrown out because they didn't kidnap him.
All three were charged with first degree murder, first degree robbery, first degree tampering with a motor vehicle and kidnapping.

Larenzle and Ronnie allegedly loaded the motorcycle onto the trailer and Weaver came of his hotel room and jumped on the trailer to keep them from leaving.
