I read on the court website that the judge was not available on the 23rd. Moving this case to 2/13 puts it in line with the other two cases. I think they will move to consolidate all three cases. The 13th may also set the date for the trial.

Im in. I try not to be vindictive, but in this case an eye for an eye would be just retribution.
