Just read this entire thread. Would’ve liked to have met Larry.

I had a brand new Electra Glide Police Edition stolen in Macomb County a few years ago, bike was locked and in the apartment parking lot at my temporary housing (relocated for work). Dragged across the lawn by about 4 POSs and thrown into a waiting trailer on its side. I heard a couple thumps but didn’t wake up. Probably a good thing.

Bike was was locked up every night in the same spot, disappeared a couple days after a painting crew started working on the apartments. I suspect they made a call and got it picked up. Bunch of bikes were recovered in Detroit a few months later but no sign of mine.

This story brought back the memory. RIP Larry.

Looking at the decal on my helmet today and thinking of Larry. I checked the website to see what detail is present and will add the following.

On 4/19/18 the attorney for the State served 14 subpoena's.
On 4/30/18 the attorney for the State filed a motion to endorse more witnesses
On 5/7/18 that Motion was grated.

The court decided to consolidate the two cases of Ronnie Carl Robinson and Elsie Coleman-Hamilton. On 2/22/18 the attorney for the defedants filed a motion for a speedy trial.

The third individual, Larenzle Coleman has not had a trial date set yet which is interesting to me. His next hearing is 7/24/2018. If I were to take a guess, I am thinking that he is testifying against the other two in exchange for a lesser sentence. The fact that his hearing is scheduled two business days after the trial leads me to think his future rests on how well he testifies against the other two.

________________________________

Although I never met Larry in person I have only read good things about him. He could have been my brother and his fate really gets to me every time I think of him, which is every time I put on my helmet. That court house is 1,900 miles from where I live. I think what it might be like if 100 motorcycles filled the court parking lot and 100 riders filled the cout room on July 19th and 20th.

Can someone please explain what they mean by this?? Does it mean the public can't go and sit in during the proceedings? Why?

My take is that it means there will be no further public updates on her trial status.
