Yeah, we wouldn't want to violate their rights. They will be doing it behind closed doors and they probably have made some agreement that sets her free. I don't know this for sure but something isn't passing the smell test.We certainly all thinking this, what about them that violated Larry's rights ?

Sadly, I fear this very thread is the issue in question. I suspect someone directed defense counsel to it and they filed a motion, citing some of the responses to this thread. Likely a tactic to garner sympathy for their client.

Hopefully absolutely NO ONE!
But any lawyer, wether they be in private practice or court appointed, is not doing his/her job if they do not do everything they can to represent their clients interests most favourably to them. Guilty people are just as entitled to slippery counsel as an innocent person. And painting the defendants in a certain light is all part of the trial process.
