A Bit of Praise for Dennis Kirk

I admit I haven't used vendors like Dennis Kirk or JP Cycles for ages, but I am aware of the current problems with JP. Anyway, last week I ordered a couple of items for Dennis Kirk, just enough to meet the $75 limit for free shipping. The products shipped the day I ordered them and arrived on the third day. The package included a couple of free magazines as well as labels and stuff in case I needed to return anything. I was pretty impressed.

Just ordered a large 19 piece order from DK on Saturday and they called today (Monday)to verify I am the credit card holder. They say I'll have the entire order on Thursday or Friday. This was my first order with them.

Last week got the kuryakyn plug and play sissy bar setup from DK, every showed up as expected and I also was impressed with the $7.95 return shipping label although I didn't need it.

They are local to me, so if I order it today, its here tomorrow. Ive never had a problem with them, even when returning things. I can even call ahead when I am heading up north, swing by, and its waiting for me to pick it up as I cruise by.

To me, these guys are great. Have ordered for years from them. Quick delivery, great customer service, super inventory and an excellent return policy makes them #1 in my book! ��
