A review from the product describing how they did it:
II purchased this to use with a CB radio via bluetooth. The concept is good, and overall it works as it should. I have a Midland 75-822 portable CB radio that has an automotive adapter plate. Using a connector cable, I am able to use my CB radio with my SENA 20s headset.
Installation was easy and the kit has all the components needed to mount the unit on the bike. The interface cable for the CB is dependent on the type of CB unit you own so this unit is limited in application based on 5 different CB manufacturers. In my case, I have the interface cable, the switch and a power cable all running to the unit. One issue I have is that connections are located on three different sides of the unit, instead of all located on one side. This makes it a bit hard to mount inside of something on the handlebars, like a windshield bag.
The concept is great. Once the units are paired, there is a switch on my handlebar grip that activates the Tx function of the CB, i speak into the mic of my bluetooth headset to talk. I found sound quality lacking and requiring lots of adjustment to get it right where it needs to be. Plus with all of the configuration options of the SENA 20s, it was difficult to set up everything just like I wanted it, and required a lot of testing. But, I've managed to find what works well for me. Currently, I can be using my 20s in intercom/music mode and any signal received on the CB will interrupt that mode. Likewise if I press the switch it will also interrupt that mode of operation. After a 5-8 second delay the headset returns to the previous mode.
Overall it works well. The unit appears sturdy and is waterproof. You also have the ability to intergrate GPS, radar and external music signals through the SR10, but it's mono-only; no stereo. As with any SENA product, they include just about every mounting adapter you will need which makes it a snap to install and have up and running in no time.

A review from the product describing how they did it:
If the OP and his wife both wear Sena they can of course communicate via the intercom but she would not be able to hear the CB communication without having a CB connected to her Sena
IMHO if he is just looking for something to allow his wife to join the CB communication of the group then she will need a CB on her bike

A review from the product describing how they did it:
No, the Sena headsets do not natively connect with CB radios.
You can run a headphone out adapter from the CB to the input jack on the Sena for listen-only in mono.
Or you can buy the Sena adapter, run the CB headset out to the Sena adapter in, and pair the Sena adapter to the headset.
You'll need the button on the handlebar for the push-to-talk CB, and it can take some messing about to get it all working right. And God help you if you ever need to do a factory reset, and set it all up again.
