Default Service/Maintenance plans

Does anyone know of a service/maintenance plan that will cover your oil changes and possibly even tires or at least offers discounts for these services. I have heard there are pre-paid service plans so you don’t have to come out of pocket all at once when needing service just can’t find any online. Any help is appreciated, bike is still under warranty and thus based on warranty guidlines must be a certified service dealer to not void the warranty or I would do it myself.

From who or where did you read this because it is not true?

You do not have to have the dealer do your oil changes to keep in warranty. Save your receipts for oil and filters so you have records of when these were done.
Read the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act .

I was told that by the Harley dealership where i purchased my motorcycle. They stated it had to done by a certified Harley mechanic or it would void the warranty if something went wrong and it was determined the cause to be something related to a service issue because doing it yourself would not be valid verification it was actually done according to the recommended guidelines.

Of course they told you that. They want your money.
If something goes wrong with the bike the dealer has to prove that the work you (or an independent shop) did was the cause of the problem.
