Right, kind of like you probably do while you’re driving and thinking about something funny you saw last week, or reading a huge billboard, or talking to your significant other sitting in the seat next to you, or singing along with the radio, or admiring someone’s ultra green lawn with no dandelions in it.

OP, you've touched on a subject that is true in many industries. I cant tell you how many times I was making a return trip to an auto parts store cause they gave me the wrong part. I operate a home service based company and the wholesale distributes get the orders wrong after I've looked to them to be "the expert". I second the go prepared moto now more than ever
