no power increase, just the sight thing. Plug the line leading to the manifold

The purpose, for me at least, is that they mounted the canister to the backside of the inner primary cover. No one makes a chrome inner primary cover with the appropriate mounting holes. Not Harley. Not the aftermarket. So my options are to delete the canister or not go with a chrome cover. Since I like the chrome cover AND I already purchased it....I'm going to delete the canister. If not for that, I would leave it be. No performance hit one way or the other.

I should add that the placement of the canister behind the inner primary "Seems" to be limited to CVO Softails between 2010-2012 which would also explain why no one makes a cover for it with the proper mounting holes.
