Default Security System Question

Sorry if this is a duplicate, but I can't find the exact situation. Last time I rode my bike, I put the fob in the house before rolling it into it's place in the garage. Today when I went for a ride, the blinkers won't stop flashing. Bike started fine (had fob in pocket). Now they wont stop blinking even after its off and parked. How do I reset/acknowledge the blinkers? Doesn't seem like a pin issue, but can't find a straight answer. Most searches come up with how to start the bike using the pin. Don't like riding with blinkers going, as you lose the ability to signal for a turn. Appreciate the help.

Turn the ignition on, press the hazards button (top side of your starter switch), then turn the ignition off.

Well that’s excellent lol. I figured you may have bumped the hazard switch without knowing it. Hey, crap happens!

Don't feel bad. When I first bought my '14 SGS I was sitting in the dealer parking lot with flashers going. Didn't have a clue how to turn them off. Didn't have a clue how they got turned on either!

I've owned Harleys since '69 so Im not new. I was pushing the hell out of the signal buttons trying to get them off while saying some choice words. No luck!

A guy walking by and I asked him if he knew what was wrong. He reached over and turned them off for me. We both laughed! He said the same thing happened to him on his '14. Even us old guys have to relearn some things
