I've been hearing the same stuff for 46 years, when I bought my first bike a brand new 1974 Sporty, then traded up to a SuperGlide a year later. All the magazines said Harley was done, the V-Twin engine is done, blah blah blah. Bunch of chicken littles and haters. Then when it didn't happen like they wanted it to all the Jap companies started to try and copy Harley with their own over styled V-Twins. I bought HD stock in the early 90's and it split 3 times since. Nervous people should'n by stock or ride Harleys.

Hell, if you couldnt make money buying stocks in the early 90s you were basically a financial idiot. Todays market is much different...for stocks and for motorcycles.
There's no possible way you could be more wrong. Look in your mirror and work out your own issues, instead of projecting them on me.
I wasn't even born in 1960. And I have never worn a sleeveless vest with HOG patches on it. And I didn't buy my first Harley until 2016, so -- you're 100% off base on every one of your assumptions about me.
And I know plenty of women who have more ***** than some man who's terrified that "people might think I'm not smart if I buy a Harley!!!"
So try again. Put your prejudices and assumptions down and listen to what I ACTUALLY said: if someone is so scared that other people will think they're not a smart buyer for buying a Harley, then they don't have the (metaphorical) ***** to ride a Harley. So go buy some Japanese product and wrap yourself up in a fuzzy warm blanket of "other people will think I'm smart" if that's what floats your boat.
I ride Harleys I dont care about their stock....
I brush my teeth with Colgate, dont care about their stock....
I drink Jack, dont care about their stock....
I wear Levis, dont care about their stock....
I have plenty of other **** to care about especially now....

Sure. But that has nothing to do with the question I answered. The thread was titled "Harley stock could crash this week". It didn't. It went up 12% this week.
