I'd take my lumps, but tell them you'll never spend another dime in their dealership if they don't take care of you.

If they let you walk they'll be out more than the cost of a 3 hole oil change and kicking your tires.

they should have given you some paperwork that lays out all of your responsibilities and their obligations. what does it say?

Welcome to the forum. As above you need to read the contract or paperwork you were provided in the maintenance contract, then go from there. It is not the dealership's fault if you did not abide by the contract. With that said if I was a dealer I would provide you with three oil changes just to keep your business and maybe sell you another expensive maintenance plan.
