Check out Joe Rocket Atomic, open up all the vents and it cools down nicely, not much hotter than mesh (I've used it in Florida many times). Batten down the hatches and it can tolerate at least a little bit of weather. Supposedly they've improved the waterproofing in the latest versions, I'll believe it when I see it, might want to bring a rain jacket for monsoons and such. Even my older version was tolerable in light rain and fine in fog. It's an "American fit" so it can accommodate beer belly and heated vest, I can vouch for it in both respects (and in any event I think their sizing is consistent, so whatever size you're wearing in their leather jacket should be a good bet). Price is right
I don't know that the Atomic is truly a four season jacket, it's light weight and really drafty. A decent lightweight windblocker fleece jacket along with a heated vest should get you down into the 50's though.
Thanks, but had picked one of their jackets that proved to be waaaaay less than waterproof. Not my first pick, but thank you
