I am avoiding the dealer, so I don't walk out of there with a 24 RG ST CVO in white. I always said, if I was going to throw down 45k on a bike, it would have to be perfect. This one, in my opinion.. is just that. There is nothing I dislike about it and I am afraid to see it in person, because they always look better in person.
But I learned something recently. Currently, there is no way to mount tour pack or back rest. Apparently, HD will come up with a solution for doc mount in 2nd quarter of this year. Until then, no long trips that require extra luggage. Plus, riding two up would require new seat.
I am not RG fanboy but I agree with you 100% HD nailed it with this bike. While I prefer SG design due to recall on the bad fairing design I would wait to see how they fix it. I bet this bike will be hot seller as seems all is there - performance, looks and a lot of cool factors many are looking for.
Live Wire One, S2 Del Mar, Sportster S, and Nightster are giving you the side eye.
the electric motorcycle market is very small simply because the offerings are all the same and near useless for anything but in town riding. said it before, give me an electric Electra Glide and they would have my interest but a bike without luggage or wind protection options is an automatic no go for me
as for the new Revolution Max bikes, Harley should be ashamed of that engine detailing. Whomever approved a motor that looks good from one side only should be fired. Indian at least gets that right on the Scout line up, at least they can have chrome.

I was playing around on Harley website where it says build your own street glide and they had an option for tourpack and docking hardware. When I selected that, it shows up tourpack applied to the bike.
Looks like they already have it built and just waiting for it to be shipped to the dealer.

I noticed that too. I also saw pics of bikes at a dealership that someone posted here and they had the docking hardware installed.

The ST cannot use the trunk but several videos on BLOCKHEAD's channel had a tour pack on the Street Glide he was testing - you only have to watch the first few minutes. He has a Green Street Glide in this video
The thing is, that one will not work for ST CVO because how the rear shock reservoirs are routed. They go through the holes where docking goes.
Now that would be stupid design. Maybe for this model they have additional bracket that allow tourpavk and these shock reservoirs to be mounted at same time. I believe this was already possible on pre 2024 touring models but I could be wrong on this one.
