Best way to sell a highly customized Harley..

I hope you continue to enjoy your ride here to.
Only as a suggestion, by me as a USER, create a signature line similar to my one line on my bike information.
The year, model, and all the letters Harley assigned to the bike. It will appear at the bottom of your post.
Doing this will be helpful if you ask a question. All Harleys aren't the same with many changes and variations over the year.
Of course, you can always add it to any thread with a question.
You can also add any other details you choose and a favorite picture to the signature lines.
If you like, you can also add a favorite picture for an Avatar you see at the top left of all your posts as a postal
PS Questions would probably get more comments in the proper area using the dropdown menu under Forums in the menu above.
Its possible if a Community Team member sees your post, they may move it to a better area.
If they do, only as a suggestion by me, make another new thread back here in the welcome area to say hello and if desired introduce yourself.
Probably general chat would be a good place to start a new thread.

I also say local sales, facebook and Craig's list.
Maybe custom bikes wait it out on more national sales listings.
Or lower it until it sells realizing you never get you money out of it.
any local dealer that will consignment for you? Way more walk in exposure then having every joy rider in town knowing where you live.
try trading for something like a hot rod or modern muscle car
oh and don’t think I don’t like it, it’s really cool

The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Make: Harley-Davidson
Model: FLTR Road Glide
Model Type: Cruiser
Displacement: 1690
Cylinders: 2
VIN: F
Finance Advance: $10,770
MSRP: $20,899
Avg Retail: $12,035
Auction Wholesale $10,140
Clean Trade: $9,835
Fair Trade: $8,905
Two ways to go on this, add all the custom upgrades together and take 30% of that and add it to the Finance Advance price of $10,770.
Or Sell it at Avg Retail at $12,035.
You customized it for your benefit, you will need to find someone who has the same tastes.
Reality is, yes you probably will take a loss as the bike is an older model and may need some work to make it safe to ride, e.g., Tires, 3 hole fluid change, break fluid flush, etc.
Good luck.
