strip it down to the frame and cases. give the frame and cases to the repo guy to get him off your back. then do a bankruptcy and go pay cash for a used frame and cases. That might work in theory but i really dont know never had anythingto be repossessed i know that they can carry guns and do everything but break an entry to get it. good luck
Don't know where you live hdpearson, but in Tennessee, we can not carry guns and we DO have limitations on how we go about recovering a vehicle. It is nothing like what you see on TV. Not even close. I have been a repo agent for nearly two years on a part-time basis. A friend of mine owns the company. It is not a fun job, although it does get a little exciting occasionally. Unfortunately, I guess this says a lot about our economy, I have been able to use the money I make to make the payments on my RK and to pay for my trip to Milwaukee for the 105th Anniversary celebration.
David, if you will PM me, I will give you some tips on how to handle the repo guy. At least in TN.
Edit to this post....Dumbass here didn't even notice the date of original post! Stamp me stupid. :-)
