Since I am new to the Harley world, I want to avoid makijng a fool out of myself. To do so you have to ask embarassing questions sometimes. I see the Baggers, Dressers and Deckers, do these terms all refer to the same style of bike or is there a diff?
As far as slang around here....
Bagger refers to any bike with mounted bags, any tourer is usually a bagger
Dresser refers to a bike with hard bags, fender skirts, and some extra lights... This is usually used in reference to the Disco Goldwings...(not that there's anything wrong with Goldwings...) Think bagger with more stuff, fancier presentation.
Decker is one you don't hear very often, but as far as I know, it refers to a bike with side bags, AND a bag over the rear fender, like the tourpak that HD makes that has a passenger backrest built in...
Hope this helps.... Don't worry about what you do or don't know. The only way you will know is to ask.... Lots of cool people here with good input, so enjoy!

They are all dressers, you have to be a little older to remember "decker" as in decked out.
They are all the same...you hear "Decker" a lot in Canada.
