...seriously, I'm 6'2" 235# and I just sort of do a mini side-kick over the seat from the left side, putting my right foot onto the right floorboard. Getting off is the reverse procedure. The key is having your left foot in a strong and stable position. HTH.
I use the pool diving board &use a double reverse 720forward flipright into the seat. Now I don't have a pool, just the board mounted at the foot of my driveway. It's very tricky on a windy day though.
