Had a buddy was a LEO I Had a Gun Shop 20years ago he bought a model 70 from this lady the rifle was in the police property room for 5+ years. He wanted it asked the the woman if he could buy it she signed it over to him didn,t want it .He did not tell me at the time why. Comes over we start cleaning it I say looks like snot all over the gun as Im cleaning it down with Hoppe's #9. He laughs and say thats Mr ?xxx Brain Matter. I got kinda pissed told him take the rifle and leave. Was a messed up feeling cleaning it and picking at and cleaning Brain Matter off a rifle some poor guy ended his life with.

this is the stuff i was talking about in my thread of "am i due"
just don't want someone looking at my bike waiting to get repaired in some shop like that
and i am one of those who would not want to buy a bike car whatever after something like that
does smack of reality - doesn't it
