Wow, 20 pages of responses.......I think a wife or girlfriend that has a problem with their guy giving someone a completely innocent ride on the back of a bike has some bigger issues to deal with......I feel sorry for their men.....
Seriously....it starts on that pillion. Out riding together....he reaches back and rubs your leg, cuddled up together....You stop somewhere secluded .
Thank you for the tip Heather. I have lost so many GF's doing the leg rubbing, cuddling and bending over the seat thing. Next time I'll try stopping first before the bending over part

Stopping is good. Also make sure you are on solid ground so the bike stand does not sink
Great post...went from laughing to getting the urge to make sure my kickstand was tight. Normally, not a problem for me but there are "friends" which i could see being a problem (not that there is any other reason except they are hot and flirty); therefore, I would let her know beforehand. Besides, I would expect the friend to contact the wife first before me even getting into the picture. Even then, I would most likely get "the look" versus her getting upset about it. I know y'all know what look I am talking about...lol.
Not quite the same thing, but thanks for playing! You don't watch a Bond movie, get turned on by the girl in the movie, while sitting there holding hands with another woman, do you?
You didn't comment on my main point, about it being a matter of respect towards my wife, since it happens to be a personal item that we enjoy to do together. Any comments (yea or nay) on that aspect? Kinda my point on how it's less about trust.......
You used the word rational and women in the same sentence? Sheesh, you must not know women at all!! Whoever said they were rational?
And you're not holding hands with a woman who's riding on the back of your bike either. Sorry, but just because you happen to touch someone doesn't automatically make it an incriminating situation.
Comments on the "personal item" aspect? It's only personal because she doesn't trust you enough to let anyone else ride with you. It's a little way for her to feel like she has control of you. The simple act of riding isn't what makes time together "personal"; it's the emotional closeness you have with your wife that makes it personal. If she trusted the exclusiveness of the emotional closeness, she would not feel the need to have control over the physical act of the motorcycle ride. You may indeed be respecting her by seeking her permission before giving a mutual friend a ride, but she is certainly not respecting you when she mandates that her permission is required first.
As far as rational women, this thread seems to show that, while they may be in the minority, they certainly exist.
