I am just saying you start threatening law abiding people's lives over what they happened to be wearing, you better be prepared for the consequences. In Texas you can legally shoot someone who isn't even threatening you if they are committing a property crime on your land after dark. Lots of free states in the south have similar laws. You fellas better look into the laws because criminals don't have so many protections now that the big union labor communist Dimwitcrats are out of office in most states.

Calm down, man, before you pop a vein. Why is it Texan's are always involved in these threads? LOL

It's all about respect. Like someone else said, in most cases you'd be politely asked to remove the offending article before any trouble started. But, they usually only ask once. 1%ers care about their club, and their brothers. Period. They don't care about you. They don't care if they get beat up. They don't care if they beat you up. And they don't care of they go to jail. THEY DON'T CARE!! You will hesitate just a bit, thinking about the consequences, or your family, or something. THey won't.

you can talk badassed if you want, but i guarantee you that there is more of them than there is of you. if you shot someone because they were attempting to 'educate' you, then you might as well move, cause you will not have any peace.

I never looked at the patch. However if he is not n a club, why does he want to look like he is? second a 3 piece patch is for OUTLAW clubs. why does a christian want to look like an outlaw biker? I might say that yes, a serious club might take offense to some poser out there trying to look like an outlaw biker. I have had one take a knife to a friends throat at a red light for wearing a colorless jean vest. (no patches, just had cut the color off the jacket) like it was stated before, This is not a game
if you would go back and look at the link to the patch, you would realize that a lot of your post is irrelevant. the patch setup he did looks nothing like an outlaw patch.

i seriously doubt he would have any problems, but there is always the chance. there have been reports of people getting into problems because of their 'hog' patches...... the idea of getting with the coc or the dominant club with a drawing of his idea was a good one. say what you will, but it shows them that you respect them enough to get clearance ahead of time and are not looking to cause any problems or show disrespect.

I don't know where yall are from. I'm not a part of any club or any "patch" affiliation. But I can tell you this, I am a grown *** man with a concealed carry permit and no matter what bike I am riding, whether I am in my truck, or what color the clothes that I have on happen to be, if some billy bad *** thinks he is going to commit a felony assault or murder because he is a member of some local organization that supposedly I am supposed to clear it with, he is going to get an answer he doesn't like and its name is .45 acp. And living in a free state in the south, I can tell you I'd be perfectly within my rights to do so.

If any of your friends happen to be conducting this kind of activity, no matter whether it is probabilities or possibilities, you better tell them to watch out. Lots of people without any gang affiliation are carrying these days, and the law is on the side of self defense in overwhelming majority of states, especially those that vote Republican.

i know i am new here but i have some wisdom that might enlighten a few people.
i have noticed in alot of forums this topic has come up. and you get the proper response of "take a drawign or Proof graphic to an officer of your local dominate 3 peice cloub" or you get the response of " its a free country if i want to wear whatever then i will". now there are a couple of reasons why takign your patch to the dominate is a good thing, 1. Respect for there club, 2. prevents future misunderstandings with prospects * which are usualy the ones that will be aggresive towards new unkown patches*, 3. your patch may be close to or similar to a patch of a club that has been umm not well liked in the past or has been shut down as a result of one reason or another. and finally if your wearign a patch the general public doesnt always look at the name or details on the patch and often just sees " a guy with MC colors on his jacket" and if you do somethign that would be considered disgracefull to the patch the local LEO's or even civvilians are automaticly assume the guy joe blow seen with MC colors is a member of *insert local dominate 1% MC here* therefore causing undue headaches for your local 1%.

in all fairness getting your local dominate's blessing on such a large back patch set is nto about "submission" its about respect courteousy and making sure that your not gonna be out doing something that could cause unwanted attention to other clubs as well as your not going to get unwanted attention.

*the preceeding post was based solely on my own personal expieriences and your milage may very if not correct for your situation or in your area feel free to ignore and move on*

oh BTW on a personal note itsa nice patch.

I understand now! Bush is going to protect him!

Lets take a rational look at this. you wear your patch. It pisses someone off. You take your attitude. They take offence and assume the azzkicking stance and you are lucky enough that your gun is not "left in the truck" and you are able to grab it in time. You shoot him, maybe kill him, maybe not. Now you are arrested (yes you will be arrested) you spend $10,000 or more in lawyer fees and maybe get out of the charge. In the mean time his brothers have burnt your house down and maybe killing your wife and kids in it.
You showed him didnt you!

So... How do you find the (check this spelling) dominant club, or COC? Yellow Pages?

To the OP, I can't see any problem with this patch. You referred to it as a "3 piece" patch, but a 3 piece has a 1) Club name, 2) Graphic patch, and 3) Location, along with "MC". The posted patch has none of these. "Christian" does not constitute a club name.

I'd never wear it for personal reasons, but no mature 1% club should even look twice at this patch. Young clubs or members (Hoppers) looking for validation could take offense at Boy Scout patches, though.

That being said, if asked to remove the vest, remember, discretion is the better part of valor. Take it off, put it away.

My $.02, YMMV.

I always thought most criminals had a low IQ. You are proving my hypothesis. I said I don't wear patches; apparently you missed it.

My point is don't go around like "probably won't kill, beat him up." If I happen to offend someone with something I didn't know about, then there is no "probably won't kill" about it. I someone explains something to me politely, they'll get politeness in return. If you bring unexplained murderous aggression, don't expect to walk away.

You talk about burning people's families alive. You should be ****ing ashamed.

By the way, it is "burned" not "burnt."

Stonewall needs to get out and experience the world outside of his cave. Does he really think he's going to take on the whole club all by himself?

All I can do is wish him good luck and godspeed.
