Default Pre wired Apes?.....opinions?

I'm looking at some pre wired apes from Hill country custom cycle, the price looks good compared to what my dealer is quoting me. Anybody have any experience with these? I'd like to do the job my self and it seems to me that a lot of the work is already done.

I got mine from hill country and am very satisfied with them. People here have good things to say about them. Do a search here and you'll come up with alot to read about them. Good luck!

I got my 16's from them. They are a nice set of bars. I just got the bars, cables, and wire extensions. no switches. I wired them myself.

Do the wiring yourself. You will save hundreds. Not that hard, just need a little patience. Not putting down any product, but labor can be expensive, and this is where people can save the most money

They're top notch, and plenty easy to do on your own during a weekend.

I would recommend them. I was apprehensive about doing the work myself, but it turned out very well.

I put their 16 inch bagger bars on my Ultra, kit was complete for $500.00. Priced it out seprately and the savings were less than $100.00. Kit was fantastic, wiring extension was easy to use, cables and hoses were perfectly matched. Best deal I have found. took me about 10 hours total including running wires inside bars.
