What's going on with Hill Country Custom Cycle?

I ordered a full ape package with controls a week ago today, and they charged my card right away. I can't get a tracking number from them. I've tried emailing and calling for the last several days and either get a busy signal or voicemail. I've not received any replies to my messages. I've heard nothing but good things about Hill Country so I'm wondering what might be wrong. If I don't hear soon I might have to turn this over to the fraud dept of my card. Any thoughts?

I understand that they may be busy this time of year, but, avoiding all contact is not the way to do business. Besides if they're not anwering the phone, how are they receiving new business? I'm not out to bash HCC, like I said, I've heard nothing but good said about them. But, they need to follow up on orders or they will get a bad rep.

I ordered from them this winter. At the time I felt that the communication was definately lacking. You'll just have to be patient.

Seems STRANGE to me that BOTH COMPLAINTS( this OP< and the other one) have only 8 POSTS???? I smell someone who's got a an agenda.> but thats just me.
