What do you all think? Had it done at Tucson HD today; a little more than 5 hours total. It says at the bottom, slip on mufflers it has Bub 7 True Duals, and RSD Air cleaner.
I didn't know what to expect, as I don't know much about such things. Don't know how good, if at all these numbers are. But, the tech seemed knowledgeable, and even took the time to talk to me, and explain what he did, blah, blah, blah. All I know is that it runs really well, and I'm happy as hell!!
If I am reading this correctly, according to your air/fuel ratio graph and supported by the choppiness of your HP/TQ graphs, it is going way to lean after 3500 RPM. I would want my A/F to stay around 12.8 to 13.2 at all times when at wide open throttle, any leaner could eventually cause engine damage, again, if I am reading this correctly.
I looked at it again and am confident that I am reading this correctly, this is a horrible tune, I would not run this engine at WOT over 3500 RPM. The jagged waves in the TQ/HP curve is most likely the engine detonating due to the very lean A/F ratio. I'm suprised that you still have an engine with the before and after testing and tuning. It should have never left the shop this way, find a new tuner.

You should post your graph at the 'Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection' section here for more input, I think that they will support my opinions as stated above. Actually, for your sake, I hope I'm wrong. Hope all works out well.
The good news is that you have plenty of torque and a good build to take to a reputable tuner. There is more power waiting for you. Add some fuel and you'll get that HP number up.
Thats probably the worst looking dyno sheet I ever seen! 5 hrs of dyno time? If you look close he only made 9 pulls! And the time stamp went from 11:58am and ended 1:08pm, thats only 1hr 10 min! Your a/f is all over the place, no legitimate tuner would let you walk out with it looking like that! Something is defenetly wrong with that picture!

Thanks for the replies, that's exactly why I posted...to get some more knowledgeable input. To clarify some things though. I misspoke in the 5 hours bit. They had it a total of that long, but also changed all my fluids, and adjusted my belt and throttle. And it is in fact a 103 kit that HD sells installed by my indy who was a Harley tech and installed the high compression kit on my last Deluxe which ran perfectly.
Being a novice, I left there happy with the change in performance. The bike certainly did detonate a lot before the dyno, but not so much now. So, that is at least one good thing to come out of it. However, if there's still more to be done, I guess I'll be looking for another tuner. Man you guys certainly rained on my parade...but I'm grateful for it.
