Default lighter

New weatherproof lighter.
Where and how to wire it in?
Battery tender plug?
Tap into an accessory wire?
Tap into headlamp?
I would like it not to have power when bike is turned off and to be properly fused.

I have 2010 Fatboy Lo

I think if its going to be fused Usally 20 or 30 amp for a lighter, you could tap into the tender plug so you dont have to mess around with the scoots wires. DEFFINETLY NOT the Lighting system.
