Yeah, I stumbled across that thread too, but didn't feel the need to be my usual smartass self, still kind new around here. lol

Do you really see enough of it to go through the effort of polishing it? I'd clean it real well, then paint it wrinkle black. Of course, if yer cylinders and crank case are silver, I'd maybe match that.

Then, maybe you also should think about the ugly black wires/cables and injectors... How would all that look against a polished or silver background? Might tend to make the uglies stick out more?

It's all just a matter of personal taste...
