Default 2010 Wide Glide Mods

If I add screamin eagle slips ons and stage one kit is it really necessary for me to spend 450 bucks on the sert and another 250 bucks to have it dyno tuned? Any suggestions? Thanks!

According to my mech. Stage 1 needs the sert and dyno'd just because of the EFI. I have Rush 2.25 slip-ons without the stage 1 or sert and like the way it sounds and runs. I plan on doin both when I go to a full exhaust system. Stay awat from the screamin eagle. They won't do your scoot justice. Look at other types like the Rush, Vance and Hines, etc.

Took about an hour to put the Rush slip-ons on. Not hard at all if your mechanically inclined. Total difference in the way the bike sounds.

This topic has absolutely been beat to death in the Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection forum. If you use the search you will find more information about this than you'll have time to read.

I know I am asking redundant questions that have been beat to death but I am new to the fuel injection/ ecm systems and always feel that any new information that people like yourself have to offer is knowledge for me! Thanks for the reply!

The tuner isn't $450.00 if you buy it from Zanotti's. Most likely a canned map will do the trick so the labor and other fees will be less than what you are thinking.
