How did you pay? File a beef with cc co. and or paypal. Ship it all back and demand refund. You will never find the other parts at the same price as a package. You also paid too much. You probably could have found a real HD dealer to sell a big item like that for 20% off. Good luck.
again thats why you don`t deal with middle men or sub shops, its worth it to pay a little more and buy local if you would of bought local all this sh00 woulden`t be happing to you ebay is really just become a big retail store and people and buisness getting rid of old grap
Send everything back and get a full refund (including incurred shipping costs).

Don't think that is going to happen...if you send it back you are going to eat the return shipping...file a claim with Paypal...that will probably get them off their @ss.
Thats why you should always pay with a credit card. If you did you can call them and send back what you have and get a full refund. Your credit card company will mediate/bill back and help you settle. They carry alot of weight and can be quite helpful.
Visa Debit Cards have the same protections when used as a credit card transaction. I just don't prefer to use OPM...Other People's Money for chit.

Only potential snag is I believe you only have 60 days to dispute the charges; if the seller billed your card at the time of purchase this path may not be an option. Regardless, I believe eBay has a mediator service that may or may not be helpful (I've never used it). Last bit of advice I can offer is communicate in writing, not over the phone. Email exchanges will help prevent this from becoming a contest of micturition as it will provide an indisputable record of what each party said. Hope you're able to recover your jingle!
