E-Track trailer tie downs

Instead of E-track I use http://www.pitposse.com/anstr4.htmldown each side of my trailer.
Then a few single ancra rings down the middle (because I use my trailer for snowmobiling
also and the studs could hit the track). I can haul 3 Dressers with plenty of room for gear.
14' x 7' before the V-nose starts then another 3' to the nose.

Ideally you should bolt it down to each frame rail or wall stud. In between wood screws, rivets or bolt to what ever you are mounting it to. I put mine on the side walls and drilled & heavy riveted it to each metal wall stud. I also ran an aluminum angle iron along the base and srewed it down with large screwsevery 12" into the 3/4" flooring.
I've attached quite alot to it and been over some very rough roads and had hold every thing very securely.
