The security system disables the ignition. So if I am just running in for lunch or some other short errand, I don't lock either. If I am in a hotel overnight, I lock both. Otherwise it's in my garage.

I lock everything when staying at a hotel, or when I will be off the bike for a extended period and it will be parked in a public unsecured place. (like when we went to Sturgis this year) Other than that I do not bother.

I lock the forks when the bike is going to be out of my view, I know if some one wants it it can be taken but I am not just going to let them roll it away and load it.

Anytime I'm parked someplace other than my garage and I'm going to be out of sight, every lock on it is locked. Bags, forks, and ignition.

Neither.

Take it if you want it, I'll get another one.

I lock both of mine in my garage too, especially if I've left my car outside which has the garage clicker on the sunshield. My dogs would bark if anybody got into my garage. I use both locks whenever I park anywhere unless I can see the bike then I just use one.

I'm with you except at a PGR mission. For some reason I tend not to lock things there. Guess I figure most people have something else on their mind. I probably ought not do that.
