S'alright...If I had to say one nice thing about the Packers, your flag is very absorbent.
There ya go.

It's a proprietary blend of cotton and wool which yields a pleasing texture. And the Packers logo is dyed in - not laminated which can be a total buzz kill on the *******. We're very proud of our flag. In fact, Jay Cutler has a gross of them in his locker because they are very effective at wiping away tears.

There are no flag police, and there is no flag police force.

We don't say the Police is hanging out at the donut shop.
Since "Flag Police" is capitalized it refers to an entity, which is singular. If it was not capped it would be plural. There is no Flag Police, and there are no flag police.

It is, at least, questionable whether statutes placing civil or criminal penalties on the wearing of clothing bearing or resembling a flag could be constitutionally enforced in light of Supreme Court decisions in the area of flag desecration.51"
It still is a Federal Law, as pointed out. Title 4 United States Code 1, and especially Section 7 and Section 8. That makes it law. However, there are no enforcement sections attached to 4 USC 1, meaning that even if someone was arrested for violating the law, tried and found guilty, there are no penalties.

Interestingly, if someone wears a flag patch there are only specific groups permitted to do so: 4USC1, Sect 8(j) states:
However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations.

I think most people aren't even aware there is a flag code.

Thank you, tony P.

Thanks to the liberal civil liberterians and their lawyers, you can now pee on it, burn it, drag it, whatever....but civilians might have something to say about it....

but it comes down to this: Respect it. Is that an echo? Let's hear it again:

RESPECT IT. Or get the hell out.

For you Confederates still fighting the war? JHC, get over it. You lost. I've got no dog in the fight....my family didn't even imigrate here until 1896.... but since then we've been in every USA war fought, and there was not one confederate flag in the front lines. Only the Stars and Stripes.
