I JUST GOTTA POST THIS! NICEST DAY OF THE YEAR TODAY. 70 & SUNNY IN NORTHERN CAL. TOOK A RIDE FROM STOCKTON UP TO HWY 49 THROUGH GOLD COUNTRY. TOOK HWY 4 TO SAN ANDREAS OVER TO TO SONORA BACK DOWN ON HW 108. VERY COOL HISTORIC GOLD RUSH TOWNS. BOUT A 100 MILE LOOP AND UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL EVERY MILE OF THE WAY. THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW THOSE ROADS KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. THE ROADS ARE SMOOTH AS A CARPET AND A WEEK DAY NO TRAFFIC TO BOOT! ONE OF THE BEST RIDES IN CALIFORNIA. CHECK OUT THE ROUTE ON GOOGLE MAPS YOU'LL GET AN IDEA OF HOW COOL THE AREA IS. IT WAS 80 IN LA TODAY SO I'M SURE THAT EVERYBODY IN CAL WITH A BIKE THAT WASN'T WORKING WAS OUT RIDING! YOU GUYS BACK EAST SHOULD BE RIDING IN WHAT,TWO OR THREE MONTHS

Last Monday we had a blizzard, wind gust up to 70 mph and 18 inches of snow. This Sunday it is going to be in the seventies.

I love Texas. I'm in central Texas, about 120 miles NNW of Austin. We had the wind (50 mph gusts) but no snow. The panhandle got hammered. Hope you came out of it unscathed.

supposed to be 88 down here on the texas coast on monday...guess them teeny boobers will be all over the beaches for spring break.
