I finally after many years of drooling over owning a harley i finally get to own one, here lies my issue.... Which model im torn between two, a dyna fat bob or a street glide i know two different types i just would like some input i know the pros and cons of both just wanting to know which would be the best to choose i like taking long rides and money isnt the issue just which would be really well better. Thanx guys
If long rides is ur thing, go with the street glide. U could always add bags and farings to the bob, but that's extra work and extra money. The street glide would be ready to go out the box.

I went from a super glide to a road king and now an ultra limited... each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. The dyna was a fun little rocket however after a few hours on her I would be sore and ready for a break. I loved my road king and did almost 10,000 miles in 6 months. My wife convinced me to trade the RK in for an ultra limited and now I don't know how I ever rode anything else. Buy the bike you think you are going to want in 5 years... trust me don't do what I did and buy what you think you want right now.

Rent them for an extended test. Much cheaper than finding you chose the wrong bike for you.
I didnt know renting was an option i can try it but im test driving them both before hand anyway and being that i moved farther up the coast then what is posted i have maybe 4-5 good months to ride however i have sat on both and did take a particular liking to the street glide also tried the victory hard ball nice seat but no windsheild or stereo so thats a no brainer sticcking with my love at first site manufacturer main thing im looking for is comfort and smooth ride
