Default Fuel lines

Have a 97 road King fuel injection. My question is, is there a O ring on the check valve that threads into the tank. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you're talking about the quick-release fittings on the bottom of the tank, yes. There's o-rings, and they frequently fail, giving a leak at that point. Lots of threads on it.

Harley won't sell just the o-rings, only the whole fuel line assembly, quite expensive. There's a guy on Ebay, who sells an o-ring kit, some members have found a John Deere part that fits.

Getting the old ones out can be fiddly agravating half hour task with dental picks, tweezers and not being te see what yor're doing unless you take the tank off and turn it over. Good luck.
