2000 Road King sputtering

Hi guys, having some issues with my 2000 RoadKing EFI. She has been a little hard starting, and cold blooded. when she warms up, she idles fine, and I can crack the throttle and she snaps right to attention. but when I take off, if I ease into it, shes fine till about 3000 rpm. Anytime under a load, if I crack the throttle she sputters, and I cant get over 65 on the highway. Stock ECM, tru duels with open fishtails, and high flow air cleaner. Had my local shop remap it last year... could that be my issue?

Look inside fuel tank for garbage like a piece of liner that is blocking fuel filter.

Could be your in need of a new fuel filter or a possible leak/pinhole in fuel line inside of the tank . I would do a fuel pressure test . Could also be fuel pressure regulator .
