Default Hi guy! New here looking for advice.

I got my first Harley last summer 2005

XL1200C and while doing a tune up notice one plug looked rich one looked lean. I have since done a carb clean changed the oil/filter air filter plugs wires. After I rode the bike for about 1500 miles ran good but checked the plugs and again one rich and one lean. I was thinking I had either a compression (tested at 200 & 210) or intake leak so I changed all intake seals. I put fresh plugs in and rode it 150 miles and it looks better/more even but it looks like one plug is getting some oil? Glazing? I'm curious to see what you guys think? You opinions suggtions? Do they look lean with some oil on the one or is that some glazing? Any suggestions and opinions are welcome. Thanks all!

There's nothing wrong with either of those. Get on it and ride.

some people run diff heat ranges, i do on my 74ch
the way the hd engine fuels itself is another issue
the way you ride is a factor

I would think the rear is running lean/hot. The blueish tint in the ring is the give away.. do you have and black speckles down in the plug on the porcelain..

Your post reminds me of the saying on here, if it ain't broke, keep working on it. Mine look like that about ever 10 K or so for the last 50K. Haven't hurt it yet.

It may be possible that your rod bearing is getting a little loose on that one. Think the piston is rubbing that insulation. I really would not worry about it, however.

Thanks everyone for the advice and opinions. Sounds like I should not worry about it so much might be a little lean but that's about it. I do appreciate you all taking the time to comment and post similar photos.
