Wasn’t necessarily referring to you but in this case highly unlikely it included a tuner. In your case maybe you should have told him.
I agree a tuner is good to have if more upgrades planned…just not that one. Imho i

I would have been honest and said I tuned, but can't find the tuner. But that is the risk buying used. There was a guy here who said to use JB weld inside cam chest and then sell the bike. Some people are not burdened with ethics.

As for the tuner, I really don't for from his story what he told the guy, but he did make good and provide it later. So i'll give him benefit of the doubt, plus I'll never know anyways,
