I do get a family employee discount on all parts & service though, so that balances things out for me.
I have given my Service Writer and Mechanic a lil Christmas gift or when they go above and beyond. They do something for me, I do something for them. I do not take my bike into service very often anymore as I do my own maintenance. But when I do, I know I am demanding and they know I expect a quick turn around. That service is rewarded when done well and fluently.
I am definitely not on good enough terms to get them a Christmas present.
