I just posted asking for info on the starter that shot past flywheel. Well had a friend look it over and we found the gear on starter that goes into flywheel was on backwards! I've only had the bike for a few days and wondered what the hell went wrong. I cant' believe it was starting with that on backwards but it must have just caught enough of it to start. Well we've got it on right and its starts right up, just wanted to post in case anyone ever has this problem what to check for. Thanks
