Hey Everyone,</P>

Just graduated from American Motorcycle Institue. Still only a entry-level tech but I will try my best to help. If I can't figure the problem out I have CONNECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or if you are close to my area we'll try and hook-up and try and get you running again. </P>

got an 03 duece,(carb) and am getting ready to install v&h longshots with a stage one kit. woundering what else I could be putting on . just looking for ideas.</P>

When I try to start my bike it clicks, wont turn over, Lights work etc, battery isnt that old. Please reply with suggestions.

I have a 97 FLX with 9300 miles. I started to hear a knocking sound coming from the primary cover area. I check the chain and it was w/in specs. Everything was riding fine until I took it for a short ride to get an idea of what was going on. About 1/2 mile into the ride I lost exceleration, not from the engine it was running fine. The clicking got louder and I stopped. I turned the engine off, kept it in gear and pushed it forward. I felt little to no resistance and still had the clicking noise. Any ideas? </P>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have a 2001 FXST. I put the bike away over the winter with a trickle charger on it. I noticed when I brought out the bike today that the charging system said the battery needed a charge. So I hauled it out and gave it the normal 4 hours at 3 amps.</FONT></DIV>

I have a 1997 Harley Classic. I bought it used in 1999 from Chicks Harley in Albuguerque. I have had trouble off and on ever since I bought it. After starting it and going a short distance it would cut off and the engine light would come on. It would start back up and be ok. Then as time went by it started blowing the radio fuse by kicking the breaker until it reset. It would run fine after that. I put a 50 amp breaker in which seemed to solve the problem. Then it started again in which the electricfuel pump went out. I repaced that in which I thought that solved it. Know it has done the same thing. The one thing I have noticed is when it is hot around 80 degrees up is when it does this. I have had it over to Chicks in which they did nothing. I would appreciate any insight.
