Looking for some of your favorite places, roads, or your favorite stops in Wisconsin. I'm trying to make up for lost spring riding and the wife wants to get out and put some miles on and I'd like to keep her happy. We would be leaving from the south east with the wife on her Spyder. Day trips or overnight ideas are both welcome. Thanks in advance.

Just about any 2 lane is a nice ride. I appreciate any topography, but the Driftless area is the prettiest. Prairie du Chien is a nice destination.
If you headed North on two lanes to Docs Harley in Bonduel, and then follow the Wolf River North on Hwy55 thats a beautiful, twisty low traffic ride.
Wisconsin is a state with a lot of different riding. Depending on where you are and what you want. The west side of the state offers great riding. central and norther Wisconsin has a lot to offer. If you have no idea what you want pick up a Harley dealer passport and fill it.
Different dealers have different locations in the book. Even using an over night stay up north is well worth it.
As mentioned Prairie du Chien. cross the river head short ride south to Pikes peak state park and enjoy a great view of the river. Also mentioned already is Doc’s Harley in Bonduel.
Another nice accurate guide is wisconsinmotorcycleroads.com.
Pretty much every County highway in Vilas County is nice.
Military Road East of Eagle River.
Great river road along the Mississippi.
Take a look at the Wisconsin DOT Rustic Road webpage and see if there are any that fit the bill. A lot of them are paved, albeit a very rustic paved these days. You can get a patch if you visit 10 of them.
