Did you ever get it to work? My Auto tune module is doing the same thing. Swapped O2 sensors and still a trouble on the front one.
Dealer can't fix either. Says there is nothing in Digitech to turn it on. They talked to Harley Support and they don't have a clue either. I have a new module on order.

Unfortunately folks are finding out the “autotune” system is not working as advertised. Nothing new here, just more attempts to use the ECM for something it was never intended to be used for...full time closed loop operation.
There has been no fewer than 3 companies try the same system mod without success, unless the bike was very close to stock.
