I have a 95 flhtp and I don't get a click, nothing. The battery tests fine for CCA. I have checked all grounds and they are fine but am not sure if this part is good or not. What is it and How do I test it? Thanks!

You might want to post this in the Evo section. You might get a better response.

Looks like a inline breaker. Does it say 20AMP. Is one line going to starter solenoid.

Sure would not hurt to clean up connections. Unhook battery negative first. Put your ohm meter across it or check both sides to ground with a volt meter.

It's a circuit breaker. Check voltage to it and out of it.

It is a circuit breaker as mentioned. Check that when there is a 12Volt reading going into it there should also be a 12volt reading coming out. Otherwise tis circuit breaker is TRIPPED, meaning it may not have automatically reset itself as its suppose to do (so faulty), or even that it has burned out the contacts inside. Either way if you don't see 12volts on both sides its NOT functioning. If you do get a consistent 12volt reading then the problem is not here, though I agree its always good to keep all contacts in the circuits clean.
