t/max files

Help,just installed t/max,got as far as load base map file,comes back saying no file found please try again,my bike is nearly standard 2007 fxstc doherty power pac filter,2.25 rush slipons,what is happening.

Did you open a basemap in SmartLink before you tried to write it? Don't know if you went through the process in the manual, but you have to select the one for your bike first.

Did you go to Tmax's http site and download all the maps after loading the program on your computer?

Are there maps available on the Tmax site in addition to the one's that come with the software that comes with the Tmax w/Autotune unit? I couldn't find any on the the site. If there are, please post a url.

thanks for the replies, i found the base map closest to my bike,then clicked load map file but it came back no file fouind or no match found,thats as far as i have been able to go, even tried stock base maps and still the same. cheers Tom UK.

After you load a map to the program you upload from the software to the ECM by clicking "file" and then select "write module map and settings". The map will then be transfered from the program to the TMax.
