sert no start help please

my boss has a 06 dyna with the new sert tuner that has the red button on the connector,i changed maps in it today and before the reflash completed my laptop stopped ,said program not responding,had to restart the laptop.now bike wont start ,cant get the ecm to take the reflash,program shows bike is connected but data stream shows nothing. please help,boss is pissed.

pull the maxi fuse for about 5 minutes and re-install
this will "re-boot" the system on the bike and allow it to communicate again

If that doesn't work you will probably have to take it to the dealer and have the ECM firmware reflashed.
