Ok, a sister HD dealer had a front o2 sensor in stock and sent it over in their daily run. Had to take the headers off to reach that front one, but it was for sure the sensor. Took a short ride, and it was populating the green screen finally. Thanks for all the suggestions etc.
You will update the Power Vision firmware directly thru the update client. On your computer connect your PV unit and go to Computer> Local Drive C:>Program Files>Power Vision>Update Client
[quote=Delta, your step 3 is where I seem to fail. As I'm riding along the cells flash but nothing is entered and the screen just reads NBF 0 & NBR 0![/quote]
When you get to the log screen are you pressing the start log button?
Trying to confirm that I understand Autotune. While Autotuning in Autotune Pro the A/F ratio is set to 13% by the program. After the Autotune session if I export learned to the slot in PV I am tuning the A/F ratio reverts back to the previously stored value? Then after flashing this tune to the PV I end up with the new VEs with the previous A/F ratio until I make "manual changes to the A/F ratio? Also, when multiple data runs are done without exporting learned are the logs combined as one or are the previous logs overwritten.
Are there written instructions for auto tune basic somewhere? I updated the firmware and want to give it a go, but I can't find the instructions anywhere?

Thanks cruiser, that helps a lot. Looks like we have to manually "apply" the corrections. So it might more accurately be described as auto log, but still a big step forward! Might give it a try tonight!
Question, if the fuel used/mileage etc needs a calibration factor entered on the trip page in order to be accurate, how can the VE #s be correct??
If the system can't figure out how much fuel is being used, it can't possibly be able to accurately calibrate VE's can it??
Appears that mine was off approx. 9% based on what it says I'm using vs what I am seeing on fill-ups, are my VE's that I've gotten from Autotune runs wrong also??
