Default Road king stalling/cutting out problem 2007 sharp techs needed
Bike cutting out when cruising, Please open the word document it is safe, to look at list of what i have done to correct thank you please look everyone affraid to open apparently, is a few paragraphs thank you captain lewis

You say STALL but when I read your .doc file it sounds like you are riding along and it cuts out completley at speed.

To me a stall is when it is idling and just drops revs and stalls but to be travelling at speed in gear I would call it a complete loss of power.

I just want to clarify that in my head so I am thinking the same as you.............

Myself personally I would pull the connector of the ignition switch and bypass the switch just to make sure it is not an internal switch problem just to get that variable out the way.

Clean the IAC with Seafoam.

Thanks Scotty3, your probably right, I am going to add cutting out to the verbage, isa The IAC an idle control system? Thanks for the reply
