I am newbie to this site as well as riding Harleys. Just got a 03 Road King with 3000 miles on it. I was riding this afternoon and horn, both turn signals, cruise, speed/odometer, and light on dash went out. Do not have owners manual at this time. Any insight would be extremely helpful.

 

first guess would be a fuze is blown. Check fuzes and replace the blown one. If it blows again, start looking for a short. Start looking where any mods have been done by you or the previous owner. If the switch housings have been off, look in them for a pinched wire. If turn signals have been relocated, check that wiring.......

 

Dealership replaced battery last week. Dealership also did stage 1 upgrade last week. Any chance this is from that??? Also, getting no power when I turn over to "Accessories".

 

did you check for blown fuse? It's possible that the work done last week is the cause. If some of the wiring near the battery is routed incorrectly, it could short out and blow a fuse.
